How Can I Order?
Click on “Build Your Box” to visit our shop page. Choose your favorite meals and select one time purchase or subscription options, add to cart and proceed to checkout.
Can I Cancel My Order?
One-time purchases can be canceled if the request is made before the order is processed. Since we process orders quickly to ensure freshness, cancellations must be made within 2 hours of placing your order.
If the order has already been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Can I Customize My Meal?
We currently do not offer any meal customizations. All our meals are chef-prepared to order following a standard recipe.
What Is The Serving Size?
The serving size for each product varies and can be found on the shop page.
How Can I Store My Meals?
To preserve the taste and freshness of your meal, store in the freezer until ready for consumption.
How Do I Reheat My Meals?
Follow the reheating instructions as provided in your delivery box or visit our shop page for reheating instructions.
Subscriptions
How Does My Subscription Work?
When you sign up for a subscription with Esculent Eats, you’ll receive regular weekly deliveries based on the plan you choose. Your payment details are securely stored, and you will be billed for each delivery. You can manage your subscription, including cancellations and changes, through the links provided in your order confirmation emails.
How Often Am I Charged For My Meals?
You will be charged on a weekly basis for each delivery according to your subscription plan. You will be billed as you go for each week’s delivery.
Do I Have To Order Every Week?
No, you don’t need to place a new order every week. Your subscription includes automatic weekly deliveries. If you want to change your meals for the coming week, you can make adjustments before the cut-off time.
When Is My Cut-Off Time?
The cut-off time for making changes or cancellations to your subscription is midnight on Friday. Any adjustments made after this time will be applied to the following week’s delivery.
Can I Cancel My Subsciption?
You can cancel your meal subscription at any time. However, to avoid being charged for the upcoming week’s delivery, cancellations must be made by midnight on Friday. Cancellations made after this time will take effect the following week.
To cancel your subscription, please log in to your account and follow the cancellation process or contact our customer service team for assistance.
Can I Skip My Delivery?
Your satisfaction is our priority, you’re welcome to make changes to your order under “Upcoming Delivery” on your account page.
Can I Pause My Subsciption?
If you need to temporarily stop deliveries, you can pause your subscription. Pauses must be requested by midnight on Friday to be effective for the following week.
You can manage this directly from your account settings or by reaching out to our customer service team.
Can I Change My Subscription Plan?
Yes, you can change your subscription plan. To adjust your plan, log in to your account and navigate to your subscription settings. You can modify your plan based on your needs before the cut-off time. Changes will take effect from the next delivery cycle.

Shipping
Do You Ship To Hawaii?
We currently ship to 48 states across the USA except Hawaii, Alaska, PO boxes and military zones.
Do You Ship To Canada?
We currently only ship across the USA. However, we are working on offering shipping options for Canada.
When Will My Order Get Shipped?
We ship all orders every Monday to ensure your meals are fresh and arrive during the workweek. Orders placed after the cut-off time on Fridays will be processed and shipped the following Monday.
When Will My Order Arrive?
Depending on your location, your meals will typically arrive within 1-3 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.
Can I Track My Order?
Absolutely! To track your order, visit your account page to view order details. Or follow the link sent to your email.
Can I Leave Delivery Instructions?
Delivery instructions can be left for the delivery driver via UPS. You can create an account with UPS, enter the tracking number provided to you and make adjustments to your delivery.
Can I Pickup My Order?
We do not offer pickup options. All orders are processed for local delivery and Nationwide Shipping.
Dry Ice
Where Is The Dry Ice In My Box?
The dry ice is located in a clear page on the bottom of your box
How Do I Dispose The Dry Ice?
To safely dispose of dry ice, first, protect your hands with gloves. Leave the dry ice in the delivery box it came in and place the box in a well-ventilated area, out of reach of children and pets. Allow the dry ice to fully evaporate. Once it has completely evaporated, break down the box and recycle it.
Can I Freeze The Dry Ice?
DO NOT FREEZE DRY ICE. Freezing dry ice can cause severe damage to your freezer. It’s best to allow to evaporate in a well-ventilated area.
Can I Touch The Dry Ice With My Hands?
DO NOT TOUCH DRY ICE WITH YOUR BARE HANDS. Dry ice is extremely cold and can cause frostbite or burns if it comes into direct contact with your skin. Always use gloves or a towel to handle dry ice safely.
Can I Reuse The Dry Ice?
No, you cannot reuse dry ice. Dry ice is intended for single-use only.
