Refunds

1. Subscription Refunds:

• Weekly Subscription Plans: Since our subscription plans are billed on a weekly basis, we do not offer refunds for subscription fees once a week has started. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please do so before the start of the new billing cycle.
• One-Time Purchases: Refunds for one-time purchases are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly if you have any concerns about a one-time purchase.

2. Quality Issues:

• If you receive a meal that is defective or not up to our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. We may request photos of the meal and packaging for verification. Approved refunds for quality issues will be processed within 5-7 business days.

3. Incorrect Orders:

• If there is a mistake with your order, such as missing or incorrect items, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue by either providing a refund or sending the correct items as soon as possible.

Returns

1. Return Policy:

• Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of food items. For health and safety reasons, all food sales are final once the product has been delivered.
