We aim at providing you with the best service to satisfy your cravings. Should you receive a wrong order, Esculent Eats would be more than happy to issue you a replacement at no extra cost. Please Contact Us or send a message to info@esculenteats.com should you experience such issue. 

Your satisfaction is our priority. Esculent Eats aims at providing you with the best service to help satisfy your taste buds and would see to it that your requests are considered. We are more than happy to work with you on issuing a replacement for any damaged product within its shelf life. However, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, returned package to freight location, undeliverable package, damaged goods (from delayed delivery) or mismanaged by the shipping company (UPS). To ensure that you are satisfied with the products you receive, we highly recommend that you properly check all received items upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours before adequate consumption.

Should your package be returned to the shipping courier due to an incorrect address, Esculent Eats will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is your correct mailing address. A tracking number would be sent to you via email once your package ships to avoid any stolen issues. However, feel free to re-order your items with the correct shipping address or contact us and we will do well to deliver it to your doorstep.

We do the hard work so You don’t have to. As a result, it is your responsibility to ensure that you or someone else is available to receive your package at the time of delivery as stated in your tracking info. We will not be responsible for incorrect address details or attempted deliveries made in the absence of receipt. For gift orders, please inform the person You are ordering for to ensure they are expecting the delivery. We will not be responsible for any delivery delays caused by our courier (UPS) once your order has been dispatched. However, we will contact You to ensure you are properly updated on the status of your delivery.

We wish we could guarantee proper handling of all packages once they leave our kitchen to the third party courier. But, that is completely out of our control as holidays and extreme weather conditions can cause a delay in delivery.  Esculent Eats products are perishable and any form of shipping delay by the third party courier beyond the expected delivery date is not our responsibility. In the unlikely case that this happens, we cannot accept returns or issue any form of refunds. However, we are more than happy to work with you through such experience. Refunds will only be issued in the case where we are unable to process your order for delivery. Should this happen, You would be contacted promptly and offered a refund or an adjustment to your order.

Any cancellations and changes to your order must be done 48 hours prior to dispatch. Refunds will only be issued if you cancel your order within the specified time period. Additional charges may apply for changes to orders depending on the items you choose. We will not accommodate any late changes.
