Shipping & Delivery
All products are currently only delivered weekly within U.S.A. We’ll love to serve you during the Holidays but unfortunately, we’ll be closed unless otherwise stated. However, to help you plan ahead, we have carefully outlined our shipping & delivery information to get you through the holiday.

- All products in the Order Online Category are available for shipping within the U.S.
- All orders are processed and shipped out on Mondays and Tuesdays.
- Orders received from Monday 11:59 pm central time to Thursday 11:59 pm are processed and shipped out the following Monday. For instance, any order received between Monday Jan. 2nd to Thursday Jan. 5th on or before 11:59 pm CST will be processed and shipped out on Monday Jan. 9th for delivery. All orders placed from Friday Jan. 6th to Sunday Jan. 8th at 11:59 pm CST will dispatch Tuesday Jan. 10th for delivery.
- Delivery: We offer fast Priority 2-3 days Shipping for out of state orders and 1-2 days Shipping options for Illinois orders.
- Shipping Fee: is a flat rate $30 fee for Priority 2-3 days Shipping and $20 (Next day delivery for Illinois orders.)
- Dispatch: A confirmation email containing your order number and tracking number would be sent to you via email once your order has been processed and shipped.
- Local Pickup: Available only for catering to Illinois residents.
- Orders scheduled for pickup should include a specific pickup date and time for at least 2 days from the order date.
- Same Day Pickup: Please include a specific pickup time at least 2 hours from order time.

catering & Curbside Pickup
- All products in the Catering category are available to residents in Illinois only.
- Orders scheduled for pickup must include a pickup date and time for at least 48 hours from the order date.
